Your membership covers the ongoing work of actually managing your health — visits, follow-ups, messaging, care coordination, and prescription management. No surprise bills. No pre-authorization battles. A provider who picks up the phone — and that provider is me.
The practice is currently operating via telehealth, serving all Kentucky residents statewide. Our physical location is being finalized — we expect to announce our permanent address within the next one to two weeks. Charter membership enrollment remains open in the interim.

The Wait
You take half a day off work. You sit in a waiting room for 45 minutes. With 11 years as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, my focus has never been on what to prescribe next. It has always been on why. Why is the hormone dysregulated? All services are delivered via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth — audio and video. Adults only (18+). Established patients may request in-home assessments on a case-by-case basis.
Concierge membership is cash-pay and insurance-free by design. For patients who prefer to use insurance for select acute and primary care visits outside of a membership, Alpha & Omega Concierge accepts Anthem BCBS Kentucky, Humana, and Medicare Part B.
Insurance billing timeline: We are currently completing the credentialing process with Anthem BCBS KY, Humana, and Medicare Part B through our credentialing service. Insurance billing for eligible non-concierge visits is expected to be available mid-September to October 2026, following the standard 60–90 day credentialing review window. Concierge membership services are available immediately at launch and are unaffected by this timeline.
Labs are ordered as part of your care and are paid directly by you or billed to your insurance. Functional and specialty labs are available at discounted cash-pay prices for members who prefer that route.

Functional medicine is an approach to care that asks a different question than conventional medicine. In conventional medicine, you get seven minutes, a diagnosis code, and a prescription. The prescription manages the problem. It rarely solves it.
This practice is built on a different standard. I read your chart before the visit starts. I track your labs over time. I am reachable when something changes. The membership model removes insurance from the equation entirely, which means clinical decisions are made based on what you need — not what an insurance company will approve.
The goal here is not to keep you as a patient indefinitely. The goal is to get you better.
Concierge medicine is a membership-based model where you pay a flat monthly or annual fee directly to your provider — no insurance involvement, no surprise bills. In return, you get direct access to me, longer appointments, same-day or next-day availability, and care that is built around you rather than around an insurance reimbursement schedule.
No. Concierge membership is entirely cash-pay. You do not need insurance to enroll. However, if you carry insurance (Anthem BCBS KY, Humana, or Medicare Part B), it can be billed for select acute and primary care visits outside the membership model once credentialing is complete. We are currently in the credentialing process — insurance billing for non-concierge visits is expected to be available mid-September to October 2026. We encourage all members to keep their existing insurance for hospitalizations, specialist referrals, and imaging regardless of the concierge membership.

Yes. All appointments — initial visits and follow-ups — are scheduled through our AI-powered booking system, which operates 24/7. The system reads my live availability in real time and books the right appointment type directly into my calendar. No phone tag, no waiting for business hours.
You can schedule through the patient portal or via SMS to 270-734-6569. The system handles new patient intake, follow-up scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and sends automatic reminders at 48 hours, 24 hours, and 1 hour before your visit.
Concierge members are not charged traditional no-show fees — you already pay a membership and you will not be double-charged for a missed appointment.
However, a no-call no-show — missing a scheduled appointment without any prior notice — results in automatic forfeiture of that guaranteed visit slot for the current billing month. Your acute visit allotment is unaffected.
Cancellation window: Cancel at least 4 hours before your appointment and the slot is simply released with no penalty. The slot does not roll over, but no charge is assessed.
Slot reinstatement fee (if you wish to recover a forfeited slot within the same billing month):
- 15-minute slot — $75
- 30-minute slot — $100
- 45-minute slot — $115
- 60-minute slot — $125
Three no-call no-shows within any rolling 12-month period may result in membership review at provider's discretion.
Yes. I hold full DEA prescribing authority and am KASPER-compliant. All controlled substances are prescribed via EPCS (electronic prescribing) only. I prescribe Schedule IV and below — pain medications above Schedule IV are not prescribed under any circumstances.
No. Alpha & Omega Concierge does not provide pediatric care or see any patient under the age of 18 — via telehealth or otherwise. This is not a limitation of the telehealth platform. It is a scope decision. Patients must be 18 or older to enroll, without exception.
Active-duty service members and honorably discharged veterans receive a discount on individual membership plans. Choose one option at enrollment — they are not combined:
- Monthly: 10% off the standard monthly rate, every billing cycle, for life.
- Annual Prepay: 5% off the standard annual (10-month) rate. Example: Essential Primary Care $1,750 → $1,662.50.

Memberships can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts. If I discontinue care, you will receive written notice and medication coverage for exactly 30 days from the date of notice.
